🪅 Gopro Hero 7 Black Screen Not Working

I know this happens frequently with all the hero 7 models, unfortunately. While fixing the black is not a problem (due to its removable battery), it's another concern for the white. I read that the best way to correct it was to plug the white directly to the laptop and reset the camera with the Gopro app. However, the version of Windows I use

Okay, so I just finished unplugging my Gopro hero 4 and not sure if I over charged it, but when I turned it on, the main menu is on but the screen is black. I tried recording and taking a picture but the screen remains black. It isn't completely off because the black screen is still lighted up.

Hey everyone I have a GoPro hero 2018 and the back touchscreen isn’t working, it’s clearly on but you cannot see a preview or access any settings, does anyone have any ideas what problem this is or how to fix it?
